About the job
- As a Legal Associate in the Banking & Finance practice, you will work on high-profile transactions for top-tier financial institutions and corporations. You will be responsible for:
- Executing Corporate Banking, DCM/Sukuk, and Islamic Finance mandates.
- Drafting and negotiating documents for cross-border and infrastructure project financing.
- Providing strategic advice on financial regulations.
- Collaborating within a regional network on complex international deals.
About the requirements
- Experience: 2-6+ years of PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Expertise: Solid background in Corporate Banking, Debt/Equity Capital Markets and Islamic Finance.
- Mindset: A strong desire to learn and the ability to work independently.
- Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Advantage: Prior experience in infrastructure or real estate project finance is a plus.
