Job Description

Salary; starting RM 3000 above

Working hours/day: Monday - Friday ( 9AM to 6PM)

Location: Taman Austin Perdana

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and managing a varied portfolio of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence to identify any issues or requirements
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfers and leases
  • Coordinating with the firm's finance and administrative teams to complete transactions
  • Providing guidance and support to more junior members of the conveyancing team including monitoring their work
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatoryrequireme

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in conveyancing practice
  • Proficient in handling sub-sale and loan documentation independently
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with banking requirements and legal portalsisanadvantage
