Key Responsibilities
- Advisingcorporate and commercial transactions, including restructurings,fundraising, and M&A
- Provide support on litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel andassistingwith case preparation and documentation.
- Advise on securities and capital market matters
- Ensure compliance withapplicablelaws,regulationandinternalpolicies
- Support managementby providinglegal inputforstrategic and operational decisional making
Requirements
- 23years of PQEin corporate,commercial,banking, orcapital markets law
- Strongcommunication,draftingand legal analysis skills
- Comfortable working in afast-paced,deal-drivenenvironment
- High attention to detail, with sound judgment and professionalism
