We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Legal Counsel and you will closely working together with the Senior Legal Counsel in Hong Kong and key stakeholders in Asia to support client contracting in esp. Singapore, Japan and South Korea) and provide support to group initiatives, such as M&A projects and IT procurement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently negotiating client and supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements and other types of legal documentation, and responding to stakeholders queries in a timely manner;
• Provide support to group initiatives, such as M&A and IT procurement projects
• Working with the Vistra in-house legal team to maintain and rationalise global legal infrastructure, such as online terms and conditions and policies;
• Providing other ad-hoc in-house legal support from time to time; and mitigating the legal risk exposure for the company.

Relevant Experience:

• At least five (5) years of working experience in corporate and/or commercial experience at a law firm, in-house or a combination.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in law
