Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-orientedLegal Executiveto support our legal team in handling corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters. The ideal candidate willassistin drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting legal research, and providing general legal support to various departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1.Legal Documentation & Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure all legal documentscomply withapplicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain an organized database of contracts and legal records.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Support:

  • Assistin ensuring the companycomplies withlocal and international laws, including corporate governance, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Support in managing corporate filings and regulatory submissions.
  • Keepup to datewith changes in laws and advise the company on necessary actions.

3.Legal Research & Advisory:

  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Providelegal insights and support to internal teamsonbusiness operations, contracts, and risk management.
  • Assistin preparing reports and legal opinions.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings whenrequired.

4. Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support:

  • Support the legal team in handling disputes, litigation, andarbitrationmatters.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and coordinate documentation for legal proceedings.
  • Maintain records of ongoing legal cases and their progress.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Protection

  • Assistin protecting company intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and advise on privacy-related matters.

6.Corporate Governance & Stakeholder Management:

  • Support board meetings by preparing minutes, resolutions, and corporate governance documents.
  • Assistin handling legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies, legal firms, and stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilitiesas soinstructed by the Superior/SeniorManagement team.

Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in law(LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:2-5 years of experience in a legal or corporate law environment.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
  • Familiaritywith legal software and document management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
