Messrs Jamie Wong is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Legal Interns to join our litigation team.

If you are a law student who is curious about how cases are actually fought in court, enjoys analysing legal issues, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to litigation practice, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Get to Do

As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to various aspects of litigation, including:

- Conducting legal research and preparing case authorities;

- Assisting with the preparation of cause papers, affidavits, submissions and other court documents;

- Assisting in drafting letters, legal opinions and correspondence;

- Reviewing and analysing pleadings, evidence and case documents;

- Assisting with case preparation and developing litigation strategies;

- Attending case managements, hearings and other court proceedings alongside our lawyers;

- Assisting lawyers with ongoing civil and commercial disputes; and

- Working closely with our lawyers and gaining first-hand insight into the day-to-day practice of litigation.

- Interested in litigation and advocacy

- Curious, analytical and willing to learn

- Able to conduct legal research and communicate ideas clearly

- Detail-oriented and responsible

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Most importantly, keen to get involved and learn
