What will you be doing
- Responsible for handling a very broad range of issues
- Required to work very closely with the management in business decisions and negotiation as well as solving day-to-day legal issues
- Drafting and reviewing of agreements relating to sales, outsourcing, contract packing, trade mark and licensing, supply and service contracts .
- Monitoring and liaising with external counsel on litigations cases
- Managing and developing the Group's compliance programme, including advising management on compliance matters, drafting and implementing policies, and conducting compliance training across the organisation.
What you bring
- At least 10 years PQE as in-house counsel or at a law firm are required.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial group, would be an asset. In view of the very broad set of responsibilities of the Group's activities we are seeking a generalist lawyer with a strong commercial law background and some cross-border experience.
- We place very high value on entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on problem solving skills. You need to be able to very quickly grasp the business problem at hand and provide a sound but pragmatic legal solution.
