Job Description

Job Title: Licensing & Registration Service Desk (LRS) – Level 1 Support

Job Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewal based on performance and business requirements)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

Shift: Rotational Shift (24/7)

Job Summary:

The Licensing & Registration Service Desk (LRS) is responsible for providing Level 1 support to both existing and prospective vendors on matters related to licensing and registration processes. This role ensures a seamless experience by assisting vendors with application submissions, updates, renewals, and compliance requirements while maintaining alignment with organizational procurement policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to vendors regarding licensing and registration processes.
  • Assist with application submissions, status tracking, updates, and renewals.
  • Guide vendors on classification requirements, including service and work categories.
  • Support vendors in understanding and meeting compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Address queries related to procurement processes and vendor participation.
  • Facilitate vendor engagement initiatives and support collaboration opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Maintain records of interactions and ensure proper documentation of support activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle vendor queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management (preferred).
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using support tools, CRM systems, and standard office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in service desk, vendor support, or procurement-related roles.
  • Familiarity with licensing, registration frameworks, or compliance processes.
