Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves identifying and meeting prospective clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and efficiently managing insurance policies. Agents will also perform client follow-ups, ensure excellent customer service, and assist clients with claims and policy updates. While the role requires in-person engagements in Kuala Lumpur, a portion of the duties can be performed remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Finance and related concepts
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• In-depth knowledge of Insurance products and industry processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a significant advantage
• Relevant certifications in Insurance or Finance are preferred
