Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for growing the company's client base and expanding its presence in the astrology and metaphysical services market. This role focuses on building meaningful client relationships, promoting services such as consultations, workshops, and products, and driving revenue through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for astrology consultations, courses, and related services
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and guide them in selecting suitable services
- Promote company offerings including astrology readings, workshops, and spiritual products
- Manage and follow up on leads from social media, events, and referrals
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, content ideas, and promotions
- Organise and support events such as talks, workshops, and exhibitions
- Maintain client database and ensure high level of customer engagement and retention
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated on trends in astrology, wellness, and spiritual industries
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing astrology/spiritual topics with clients (training can be provided)
- Sales-driven with a genuine interest in helping people
- Able to work independently and manage multiple leads

- Interest or background in astrology, metaphysics, or personal development
- Experience in social media engagement (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp business, etc.)
- Empathetic, intuitive, and able to connect with clients on a personal level
