About the role:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across the Company's client portfolio. You will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts.

You're quite the strategic thinker who's proactive about hitting our clients business goals by enriching the relationships with our clients prospects and customers. You will achieve this by delivering great experiences and communication through email, push notifications, messaging and other channels at key moments of the funnel.

You naturally dive deep into data to support your decisions. You are analytical and build deep emotional connections with our clients customers.

You have a good understanding of the digital buyer journey. You believe that improving end-to-end customer experience drives revenue growth.

Other key Responsibilities:

  • Based on data, build a full funnel customer lifecycle marketing plan aligned with our clients business goals.
  • Build customer segmentations, triggers, workflows and run sophisticated lifecycle/CRM campaigns for both pre-and post-sales across multiple channels (email, chat, in-app communication, etc.).
  • Work with the Marketing Technology team to identify the technical implementation plan, data points, tools and automation flows required
  • You develop, own, and execute project roadmaps and project manage complete marketing automation projects. You prepare project planning with deadlines. Plan yourself and the team to achieve these deadlines.
  • You are responsible for client and internal and external team communications around Lifecycle Marketing.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • 4 years of working experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM related field.
  • Strong understanding on funnel-based marketing and user journey and passionate about driving revenue growth through improving customer experience.
  • Experienced in building customer segmentations, triggers and workflowsfor multiple channels such as email, chat, in-app communications or equivalent.
