Location: Remote – Malaysia & Philippines
Employment Type: FTC / Contract

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Linux Engineer to manage Linux infrastructure, networking, security, and firewall environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NixOS, Linux, Routing & Switching, firewalls, and network security.
Key Skills
8+ years of experience in Linux Engineering.
Strong Linux OS experience with NixOS, RHEL, Guix, or Immutable OS.
Strong Routing & Switching (L2) knowledge.
Experience with nftables and stateful firewalls.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, FortiGate, Check Point, or Palo Alto firewalls.
Knowledge of Cilium, Suricata, and Zeek is preferred.
Strong understanding of network security, zoning, and firewall policies.
Experience troubleshooting complex Linux and network environments.
