Litigation Lawyer / Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

Amanda Pang & Yee is a boutique law firm focused on providing practical, commercially-minded and integrated legal solutions to our clients.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for lawyers to join our team in litigation and/or corporate & commercial practice. Depending on your experience and strengths, you may focus primarily on one area while having opportunities to gain exposure to other areas of practice.

We are looking for lawyers who are keen to build their careers with us, take ownership of their work and grow alongside the firm.

Who We're Looking For

- Has at least 3 years and above of legal experience, preferably with exposure to litigation, corporate and/or commercial matters.

- Is proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently, take ownership of matters and manage deadlines without constant supervision.

- Able to progressively handle matters independently, including conducting hearings and trials, drafting agreements, and undertaking other substantive legal work. Candidates who demonstrate the ability to independently manage client matters, take ownership of their work, and deliver effectively with minimal supervision will be highly encouraged to apply.

- Is curious, willing to learn and open to working across different practice areas. While each team member will have a primary area of focus, our lean team requires flexibility to assist with matters outside that area when needed.

- Has good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Is a team player who is willing to support colleagues and step in where needed.
