Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Continuous development of our live chat channel
Proactively create, optimize, and manage SEA (Search) campaigns to achieve defined marketing goals.
Perform in-depth data analysis and deep dives into campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Independently derive and implement data-driven optimization measures to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Your profile:
Technical education with a degree in chemical engineering or a related field, along with a strong business understanding
English language skills are essential. Any additional language is a plus
Customer-oriented problem-solving ability
Strong written skills that leads to clear and concise text-based communication
Experience in working with CRM is of advantage
Structured, independent and responsible way of working
Strong multi-tasking and ability to intensively focus
Willingness to continuously learn more about our products
Possess professional experience in the field of SEA, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing search engine advertising campaigns.
Demonstrate an understanding of Google Ads, campaign setup, keyword optimization, and bid management strategies.
