We are a rapidly growing B2C SaaS company headquartered in Italy, and we are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for converting leads into customers by providing immediate, persuasive, and knowledgeable support during our key overnight hours.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of our remote sales support team, your primary focus will be on inbound chat interactions. This is a sales-focused role where success is measured by your ability to guide customers through the sales funnel and secure conversions.
- Handle a high volume of inbound live chats from potential and existing customers regarding our B2C software product.
- Articulate the value and benefits of our product clearly and concisely through written communication.
- Apply persuasive techniques and sales strategies directly within the chat interface to overcome objections and close sales.
- Provide quick, accurate answers to product-related questions, acting as a product expert.
- Maintain extremely high standards of grammar, professionalism, and speed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional Written Communication & Persuasion: Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in writing. This is the most crucial skill for the role.
- Sales Mindset: Previous experience or a strong aptitude for sales, negotiation, or achieving conversion targets.
- Availability for Night Shift: Must be able to consistently work the required shift of 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM UTC, six days a week, including either Saturday or Sunday.
- Remote Work Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Comfortable working across a wide range of experience levels (Entry to Senior).
Compensation Structure
We offer a compensation package designed to reward high performers:
- Base Salary:$300 per month
- Performance Bonuses: Significant bonuses based on sales conversions and KPIs.
- Expected Monthly Earnings: Successful Specialists typically earn between $600 and $900 per month (Base + Bonus).
