Job Responsibilities:
Operational & Cross-Team Support
- Coordinate with Sales for latest product stock, pricing updates, and promo codes.
- Work with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure smooth content handover and timely delivery.
- Update post-session reports on performance metrics and feedback from viewers.
Live Session Coordination
- Prepare and submit creative requests (banners, product visuals, scripts) in advance.
- Ensure all materials and product listings are correctly set up before each live stream.
- Monitor live sessions in real-time, support host performance, and reply to customer comments live.
Communication & Feedback
- Liaise with Thailand live host team to provide local insights (slang, trends, consumer behavior).
- Highlight recurring customer questions or friction points for future content planning.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in live commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales-related roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of live commerce platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments and cultures.
- A self-starter with a strong make-it-happen attitude, able to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
- Quick learner with high adaptability to new tools, workflows, and market changes.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong coordination and project management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during live events.
