Live Host (3 months contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or other relevant channels.
• Present products or services in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
• Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the digital teams to plan live content, promotions, and campaigns.
• Assist in script preparation, product knowledge review, and live session planning.
• Ensure live sessions align with brand guidelines, tone, and objectives.
• Monitor live performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support ad-hoc content creation when required (short videos, teasers, or recordings).

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in live commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales-related roles will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of live commerce platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live).
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to encourage conversions during live sessions.
• Present products clearly and engagingly, including features, benefits, and promotions.
• Support campaign objectives by driving engagement, traffic, and conversions during live sessions.
• Familiarity with basic live streaming tools, lighting, and audio setup.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with a confident and energetic personality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during live events.
• Encouraged to prepare links to previous livestream hosting sessions for internal review and assessment.
• Candidates who can start immediately will be highly preferred.
