Job Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare live-stream setups (equipment, product placement, studio layout, OBS, promotions, etc.).
Assist hosts during live sessions by managing the console (pinning products, handling inventory, moderating comments).
Engage with viewers, reply to comments, and maintain a lively broadcast atmosphere.
Monitor data changes and provide real-time prompts to hosts.
Troubleshoot technical issues (device/network failures) during live sessions.
Record key performance data and assist in post-live reviews with the team.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
Fresh graduates with internship experience in live streaming, marketing, e-commerce, or sales are encouraged to apply.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Passion for the e-commerce live-streaming industry with a desire for long-term career growth.
Outgoing personality, quick thinking, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
Responsible, enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork spirit and independent problem-solving skills.
