The Livestream Content Creator is responsible for creating, managing, and executing compelling digital content to support livestream sales initiatives. This role focuses on producing high-impact content for livestreams and short-form platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across social commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute digital content to support livestream campaigns, driving viewership, engagement, and conversion.
  • Assist in managing content for key livestream and social commerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
  • Plan and maintain a livestream-focused content calendar, including pre-live teasers, in-live visuals, and post-live recap content.
  • Produce engaging short-form videos, livestream assets, and supporting content aligned with sales objectives and campaign timelines.
  • Develop marketing copy in line with brand tone to promote livestreams, featured products, and key promotions across social platforms and brand websites.
  • Create graphics, edit photos, and produce simple video edits to support livestream storytelling and product highlights.
  • Collaborate closely with livestream hosts, producers, e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure content supports live selling flow and conversion goals.
  • Suggest and execute innovative content formats and storytelling approaches to improve livestream performance and audience retention.
  • Support KOC and creator content adaptations for livestream usage where required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all content assets across multiple campaigns and livestream schedules.
  • Assist in tracking content performance (views, engagement, CTR, conversion) and provide insights to improve future livestream content.
  • Help identify key products for livestream promotion (hero SKUs, slow-moving items, bundles) and support content asset readiness.
  • Stay up to date with livestream trends, social commerce features, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media (livestream or social commerce experience is a strong advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, including short-form video content.
  • Proficient in basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for sales-driven and entertainment-led content.
  • Basic understanding of livestream or e-commerce funnels is preferred.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with livestream hosts and internal teams.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to last-minute changes during livestream campaigns.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail is a plus.
