Job Description

As a Regional Lead, Brand Marketing Strategy you will take charge of 

1. Brand Strategy & Account Leadership

  • Own and develop strong, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned key accounts, grounded in:
  • Business objectives
  • Category dynamics
  • Audience insights
  • Act as the strategic lead on accounts, ensuring clarity and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead strategic conversations in pitches and QBRs, bringing a senior point of view and cross-market insights.

2. Full-Funnel Strategy & Translation

  • Translate business strategy into end-to-end full-funnel marketing plans, including:
  • Audience persona definition
  • Funnel design (awareness → consideration → conversion)
  • Channel roles (TikTok, Meta, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Content strategy (what to say, not just what to produce)
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across the full funnel and all channels.

3. Strategic Direction & Execution Alignment

  • Provide clear strategic direction to:
  • Creative teams (briefing, messaging, content approach)
  • Performance teams (activation logic, channel strategy)
  • Work at account level to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation

  • Leverage tools and data sources such as:
  • TikTok MarketScope
  • Category benchmarks
  • Competitive landscape analysis
  • Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations to drive growth on assigned accounts.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing. 
  • Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
  • Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
