Primary duties:
Plan and conduct livestreaming sessions for the brand on social media/ ecommerce platforms (TikTok/Shopee/Facebook/IG) which include script crafting, interacting and responding to audience enquiry during streaming
Plan and develop creative ways to enhance audience engagement and overall production workflow
Curate and publish video contents on the social media/ ecommerce platforms by coordinating with the commercial and marketing teams
Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
Qualification/ Skill Requirements:
Preferably Diploma/Degree holder in Mass Communication or Marketing
A confident communicator and eloquent in hosting livestream and making videos
Creative thinker in content planning, creation, and scheduling
Good knowledge of photo and video editing tools - Capcut / Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator etc.
Working experience in e-commerce or social commerce is a plus
Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu
