JOB SUMMARY

The Livestream Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of livestreaming activities both internally and externally. This position involves setting up livestream studios, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining equipment to support successful livestream events. Additionally, the role includes handling technical support requests for the entire company.

• ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Livestream Studio Setup:

• Configure and set up livestreaming equipment and studio environments.

Ensure all technical aspects are prepared and functional before livestream events.

Technical Operations: Monitor livestream sessions to maintain smooth operation and promptly resolve any technical issues.

• Collaborate with Content Creators and Livestreamers to address technical requirements and adjustments during livestreams.

Conduct post-event equipment checks and maintenance to ensure readiness for future livestream events.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of livestream setup procedures and technical specifications.

• Provide regular reports on technical performance, identifying improvements needed.

Company-wide Technical Support:

• Handle technical support requests from across the company, supporting internal and external setups.

Assist in setting up technical infrastructure for company-wide events and initiatives.

• Additional Role as Content Creator:

Utilize equipment knowledge to support content creation efforts when necessary.

• Collaborate with the Digital Media & Sales team on content creation strategies and technical requirements.

• QUALIFICATIONS

Technical background with experience in livestreaming equipment setup and maintenance.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to livestreaming platforms.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support livestream events.
