Locker Network Optimisation Executive - Business Development, SPX Express (Full-Time)

Conduct project management and business analysis for SPX locker expansion strategy planning and operation performance improvement initiatives to enhance network coverage, operational efficiency and customer experience

Role Overview:

Network optimization team plays a critical role in making expansion strategy via data-driven analysis, proactively finding actionable insights, and driving initiatives for operational performance improvement

Key Responsibilities:

Network Expansion & Investment Planning

• Provide business impact analysis for locker vendor selection, system enhancements, hardware upgrades, and network optimization initiatives to grow SPX locker business via data-driven decision making
• Build up a cost-profit related model for investment performance monitoring and tracking

Data & Tool Development:

• Develop and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and analytical tools to support network monitoring and decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects

Project management:

• Lead end-to-end projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, delivery capacity, and service performance. Collaborate closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. Track and report project milestones, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Product and Regional teams. Present regular updates and insights to senior management in clear, concise reports

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Internship or working experience in relevant fields such as Analytics, Business Intelligence
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and transformation experienced in data visualization
• Able to deliver actionable insights, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and work independently or in teams
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a creative approach to solving complex problems
