We are looking for a motivated Logistics & Warehouse Intern to join our team and gain practical, hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and regional supply chain activities supporting both our Malaysia and Thailand operations.

The Opportunity
This internship is designed for individuals who want to gain practical exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes.
Working closely with our Logistics & Warehousing Manager and Supply Chain team, you will be involved in real operational activities that support our retail business across Malaysia and Thailand.
You'll gain first-hand experience in inventory management, stock accuracy, warehouse organisation, regional logistics coordination, and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy
- Support inventory housekeeping projects across Malaysia and Thailand warehouse operations.
- Assist in inventory verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory clean-up activities.
- Help identify stock discrepancies, damaged inventory, duplicate records, and obsolete products.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits.
- Ensure inventory records remain organised and accurate.
- Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Warehouse Operations
- Assist with receiving, sorting, labelling, and storing products.
- Support stock movement between warehouses and retail boutiques.
- Prepare products for delivery and internal transfers.
- Help organise warehouse storage locations for better efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
- Support daily warehouse operations and fulfilment activities.
Supply Chain & Regional Operations
- Assist with inventory coordination across Malaysia and Thailand operations.
- Update shipment and inventory tracking records.
- Support warehouse documentation and operational coordination.
- Assist with stock movement reporting and inventory status updates.
- Work with different departments to ensure products are available when required.
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain warehouse and inventory documentation.
- Update stock movement records and operational trackers.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with filing delivery orders, stock transfers, and inventory documents.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks within the Supply Chain department.
General Support
- Assist with ad-hoc warehouse and logistics assignments.
- Support stock take exercises and operational projects.
- Participate in seasonal inventory preparation and warehouse activities.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Logistics & Warehousing Manager.
