Job Summary:

The Logistic Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company's logistical operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our clients. This role involves managing supply chain activities, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing logistical processes to support the company's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

  • Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with local and international suppliers, manage purchase orders, and monitor order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations.

  • Shipping and Documentation:

Oversee shipping activities, prepare shipping documents, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

  • Logistics Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistical efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Transport Management:

Coordinate transportation activities, negotiate with carriers, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve logistical issues, including delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies, in a prompt and effective manner.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to align logistical activities with company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh Grad are welcome to apply)
  • Strong understanding of logistical operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is preferred.
