Logistics Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
Import/Export Management: Handle import/export processes, including customs documentation, regulatory compliance, and freight forwarding coordination.
Transportation Management: Manage internal and external transportation, including selecting carriers, route optimization, and freight cost control.
Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, inventory, reliability, and adherence to company standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
Budget & Cost Control: Track logistics expenses, prepare budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain logistics KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
Proven experience managing import/export processes and handling customs documentation.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation planning.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.
Warehouse experience is a plus
