What You Can Expect

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the ANZ Supply Chain and National Distribution Centre (NDC) through handling the clearance of import/export of goods, Material Master Data maintenance and redeployments within APAC region between countries.

Critical to this role will be stakeholder management with our customs clearance partner and global supplier to reconcile invoice discrepancies, import HTS codes, and Goods Issued/Goods Receipt discrepancies and handle general enquiries.

The role includes analyzing stock performance to identify excess and deficit inventory to redeploy within the region alongside local and regional supply chain planners. Material Master Data will involve the creation, maintenance and removal of material set-up, including new product introduction and product rationalizations.

How You'll Create Impact

Handle Import & Export Queries

  • Collaborate with global vendors and customs clearance partner to ensure the timely delivery of all shipments and discrepancies are resolved within a timely manner
  • Manage commercial invoices including rectifying HTS import codes
  • Ensure timely response to customs clearance queries which are held
  • Pro-actively work with ANZ freight forwarders to ensure delays are minimized and goods are delivered
  • Liaise with multiple suppliers and customs clearance partners

Material Master Data

  • Set-up new materials being introduced into the ANZ market in SAP, ensuring accurate purchasing and distribution flags are used
  • Maintain existing materials as changes are made e.g. discontinued, sold to depletion, prevent purchasing
  • Exit rationalised products through Material Master Data

Redeploy Inventory within APAC Region / Return to Supplier

  • Identify excess inventory and reduce the amount of excess inventory through redeployment within the region and global returns to supplier
  • Liaise with regional partners to support other markets with critical implant shortages and be a key stakeholder to manage the creation and completion of the redeployment order, including the generation of commercial invoices Co-ordinate alongside local ANZ Supply Chain Planners

ANZ Supply Chain Support

  • Help Supply Chain Planners in day-to-day tasks and reporting, including Open PO management and clearance
  • Monthly Open PO reconciliation with global supplier
  • Mass update of inventory sales safety
  • Provide weekly status reports to Supply Chain and NDC Manager
  • Monitor and track freight delivery to ensure door-to-door delivery of goods.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Demonstrated ability to learn functional/technical skills and behavioral competencies.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data, interpret trends and implications and develop and utilize inventory modeling techniques to optimize inventory levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Strong Excel and reporting capability
  • Hands on experience working with enterprise tools such as SAP (order management, billing)
  • Preferred experience in Quality Management System ISO13485 and ISO 9001
  • Working additional hours as may be required to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Taking a hands on approach to this role, including supporting stocktaking activities may be required at times

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Commercial Operations.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare) preferre
