Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments (Ocean / Air) from booking to cargo departure
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and internal teams
- Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill instructions, permits)
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements
- Monitor shipment milestones and provide timely updates to customers
- Track and resolve operational issues proactively
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
- Coordinate customs clearance and permit applications where required
- Support billing team with job costing and invoice preparation
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding / international trade is an advantage
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
