Medi Radio Malaysia isseeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery of sensitive medical products, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Job Scope:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including import/export documentation, delivery scheduling, and inventory tracking
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain execution
- Monitor and maintain cold chain integrity for radiopharmaceutical shipments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., NPRA, AELB, Customs, GDP)
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits, permits, and reporting
- Support tender submissions and procurement planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline logistics workflows
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
