Job Description:

  • Drive on-going deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current set up or highlight key areas for process improvements
  • Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries
  • Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring exception orders are processed on timely manner
  • Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit a minimum of full-time internship period for 3 months.
