- Maintain order management operations by monitoring stuck orders that impact order status and cash flow, reducing buyer contacts, and resolving over-SLA orders.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve logistics system issues and operational tickets raised by cross-functional stakeholders (CS, RR, Food, and WH) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain and configure logistics system settings based on requirements from internal and external stakeholders to support stable operations, streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics Operations, E-commerce Fulfillment, or Operations Support.
- Skilled in managing complex and high-stakes customer cases involving Shopee buyers, sellers, and users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage critical situations effectively.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with stakeholders.
