They are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and manage all import and export operations, ensuring smooth shipment execution, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and excellent customer service. Working location is in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Our client is an established MNC in manufacturing. They are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and manage all import and export operations, ensuring smooth shipment execution, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and excellent customer service. Working location is in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments.
- Coordinate customs clearance, haulage, shipping documentation, COA, SIRIM inspections, insurance, and permits.
- Plan export loading schedules with Production and ensure timely deliveries.
- Negotiate shipping rates and liaise with suppliers, customers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Prepare shipment status, logistics cost, and shipping reports.
- Work closely with internal departments and management to support business operations.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of logistics/shipping experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documents, customs procedures, import/export regulations, and Incoterms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel with experience using ERP system.
