  • Oversee full-chain logistics for regional delivery projects, including warehouse performance optimization and inventory planning
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfilment
  • Act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
  • Design customized warehousing and logistics solutions, manage warehouse performance and capacity to guarantee accurate and timely delivery
  • Establish and implement standardized warehousing systems with proper training and rollout
  • Optimize fulfilment timeliness and service quality through systematic improvements
  • Drive standardization programs and leverage WMS/TMS systems and data analytics to enhance visibility and exception handling
  • Develop and implement vendor KPI frameworks
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations covering service quality, compliance, and cost-effectivenes
  • Support customs clearance processes, track progress, and resolve issues during declaration
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses for port-to-warehouse delivery
  • Formulate customs clearance strategies, source quality agency resources, manage bidding processes, and oversee fulfillment and performance management
  • Develop SOPs for customs operations, identify risk points, and strengthen compliance to improve SLA performance
  • Implement risk control mechanisms and predictive analytics to identify process gaps
  • Refine logistics models and operational processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide solutions to frontline logistics pain points to elevate service quality
  • Lead local vendor sourcing initiatives
  • Build a strategic supplier ecosystem through capability assessment and partnership management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (Master's preferred)
  • APICS/ISM certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years in logistics and customs management
  • Background in 3C/digital appliances industry preferred
  • Proven track record in successful project implementation and management
  • Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, local customs laws, and regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with import/export processes under various trade rules, with hands-on experience in handling customs declaration and inspection issues
  • Strong data analysis skills (Power BI/Tableau preferred) and refined operational knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and CA
  • Cross-cultural leadership and crisis management capability
  • Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, resilience, and multitasking ability
  • Logical thinking, analytical skills, and organizational coordination
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) as a working language
