- Communication with customers and stakeholders
- Coordination of urgent or exception orders
- Inventory discrepancy resolution
- System updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Handling shipment discrepancies and follow-ups
- Supporting rework or screening activities as required by the customer
- STPM or Diploma
- Certification in Communication Skills and SAP (added advantages)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred
