Logistics Operatior

Job Description:

We are hiring Operators/Technicians to support a leading USA-based semiconductor company, in their ongoing operations related to Logistics, Material Handling, and Quality Control (QC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production or warehouse environments, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle material movement, labeling, and inventory updates within the production area.
• Operate material handling tools and equipment (e.g., trolleys, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and visual inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of material usage and production data.
• Follow SOPs, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards, and cleanroom protocols.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Support logistics operations including packaging, documentation, and shipment preparation.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns to the immediate supervisor promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma holders with minimum 6 months of experience, OR SPM holders with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, material handling, or QC.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Able to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle manual material movement tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Timings: 7 AM to 7 PM, 4 Days work and 3 days off
