Logistics Project Senior Executive (IT)

Job Description

Implementation of FI, CO and CO-PA projects, extensive testing of system settings (FI, CO, CO-PA) and continuously updating process documentation.

Prepare training materials and conduct end user training's on a frequent basis.

Maintain SAP cost center and profit center structure, data integrity and identify system issues/errors for corrective actions.

Support various month end closing activities (e.g. allocations, distributions, settlements).

Reconciliation of Profit Center Accounting (PCA) with Profitability Analysis (PA) results.

Maintain and update assessment cycles and allocation tables.

Functional responsibility for cost center controlling for key areas and developing automated templates for advanced sensitivity analysis.

Automating and streamlining SAP processes for financial reporting and analysis. Effective utilization of advanced IT skill sets.

Constantly strive for continuous improvement of processes (CIP) within the area of responsibilities. Identify and lead CIP projects within the department or cross functional teams.

Perform other essential and related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Finance/Accounting/Information Systems) from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA) with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO module with preferred exposure to CO-PA.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including macros) and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities.
