Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives and project planning
  • Assist in gathering data and analysing operational performance to generate actionable insights and identify improvement opportunities
  • Propose and support initiatives to improve operational metrics, enhance seller experience, tracking impact through data-driven measurement
  • Monitor project progress and key milestones to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and implementation of initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesise information and draw actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of data visualisation tools is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable, with a proactive and resourceful mindset
  • Full-time interns for 3 to 6 months preferred
