Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update internationallogisticsdata records and customs documentation.
  • Monitor and track domestic and international shipment status.
  • Ensurelogisticsefficiency in terms of delivery timeline, cost, and service quality.
  • Handlelogisticsissues such as delays, cargo damage, or route changes and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Commercial, and Engineering teams.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, customs authorities, inspection agencies, and suppliers to ensure smoothlogisticsoperations.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma orBachelor's Degreein Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Around2 years of relevantlogisticsor supply chain experience.
  • Basic data analysis skills with understanding oflogisticscost control and compliance.
  • Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills.
  • Open to Malaysian candidates whoare able tocommunicate in Mandarin.
