Loss Prevention Specialist SEA

Job Overview:

Support loss prevention and profit protection initiatives across SEA stores and warehouses to minimize shrinkage, strengthen compliance, and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Investigate internal theft, fraud, and other loss-related incidents.
• Conduct store audits, cash counts, warehouse checks, and compliance reviews.
• Support store and warehouse stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and share audit, investigation, and stocktake reports with management.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
• Support shrinkage reduction initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with store teams and external authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of audits, investigations, and security matters.
• Provide training and guidance to store teams on loss prevention best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Security Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Loss Prevention, Profit Protection, Internal Audit, Security, or Retail Operations.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel when required.
