Job Description:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior styling solutions.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
- Stay updated on latest interior design trends and product knowledge.
- Make appointments with customers for Interior Design Service.
- Follow up actively on sales orders, deliveries and claims to ensure a high level of after-sales service.
- Sales driven is a must and the ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus.
- Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
- Ideal candidate is also passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences.
- Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture ,luxury retail, airline crew and hospitality industry will be an advantage, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.
- Candidates with experience with AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus.
- 5 Day Work Week including weekends at our retail stores (Bangsar Shopping Centre).
