M&E_Senior Engineer

-M&E Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate and oversee M&E works at project sites, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, quality standards and approved budgets.

-M&E Engineering Design Coordination: Review and coordinate M&E engineering designs, drawings, technical submissions and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations and relevant authority regulations.

-Construction and Installation Supervision: Supervise and manage the construction and installation of building services, including electrical systems, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, plumbing systems, and other specialised facilities

-Control Systems Integration: Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of control and monitoring systems, including BMS, EPMS and their associated interfacing systems.

-Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of M&E works in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

-Site Progress and Quality Management: Monitor site progress, supervise work quality, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise delays while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

-Project Meetings and Reporting: Organise and conduct M&E coordination meetings, monitor project milestones and prepare regular site progress reports for management.

-Cost Estimation and Tendering: Review quantity take-offs, bills of quantities and material requirements for cost analysis, budgeting, quotation preparation and tender submissions.

-Management Systems Compliance: Implement and comply with company policies, procedures, work instructions and relevant requirements under the company's Management Systems.

- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.

MUST TO HAVE:

-Min 5 years of experience in building construction, with a focus on control equipment such as BMS (Building Management System, EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System, Interfacing Link as well as the ability to review engineering Design

-Extensive experience/knowledge in data centre project as the main contractor

-Possess own transport and willing to travel depending on the future project assignment

-Degree /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
