M&E_Assitant Manager_Manager

-Manage and supervise M&E construction works to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications and safety requirements

-Review and verify quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for accuracy

-Review site budgets/monthly budgets/cost summaries, and project financial reports

-Monitor subcontractors progress and evaluate/verify progress claims against actual work completed and contractual terms

-Prepare and submit progress claims, payment applications, and invoices to customers

-Assess and review variation orders and manage final accounts with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers

-Coordinate with project, design, and commercial teams on M&E technical and costing matters

-Monitor project costs, identify budget variances, and recommend cost-control measures

-Supervise project members and ensure timely and accurate completion of project and commercial documentation

MUST TO HAVE:

-Min 8-10 years of experience in building construction, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role

-Extensive experience/knowledge in data centre project as the main contractor, including M&E project coordination, cost control, quantity survey, claims, variation orders, final accounts

etc

-Possess own transport and willing to travel depending on the future project assignment

-Degree /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
