Job Description
Job Description:
- Overall responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical works of the Project.
- Conduct coordination meetings with all M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
- Coordinate with the various department (Project, Contracts) for the planning and execution of various M&E installation works.
- Involved in discussion on contractual matters with sub-contractors.
- Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Authorities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience on building projects with having at least 2 years in BTO project.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry.
- AUTOCAD and BIM knowledge.
