M&E Technician - TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) / LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation)
Rules & Responsibilities:
- Ensure ticket closure as per OVSC meeting date line
- Ensure zero ITP and ITS
- Ensure zero escalation and feedback to/from customer
- Perform weekly/ monthly /quarterly / Annual exhaust balancing facilities Measurement.
- Perform annual inspection of ventilation hood system to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Promptly respond & discuss with tools owner for the upcoming balancing.
- Maintain Good record of balancing report
- Responsible for daily and monthly report for TAB team
- Report out abnormalities immediately during the inspection or balancing
- Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting
- Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
- To perform any other task given by the immediate superior
- To measure and record the flow & static on the Balance Report and Field Lateral Log Reading locations are to be. If no initial reading is present, make test port, and record initial lateral static reading and post Log on that lateral.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist the OEM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
- Assist the Intel Facilities engineer to carry out checking and trouble shooting
- Assist the PM/CM to carry out checking and trouble shooting
- To perform any other task given by the immediate superior
