M365 Business Analyst
Location: KL Malaysia
Experience: 5-15Years
12 Months Contract Based On Performance Might Be permanent
Job Summary:
We are looking for an M365 Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyse processes, and support the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective digital workplace solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience in UAT coordination and functional testing.
- Understanding of SharePoint governance, permissions, and content management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodology is preferred.
