Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on working experience with Microsoft products, with strong focus on Microsoft 365
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in enterprise or multi‑client settings

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including:
• Microsoft Teams
• Exchange Online / Outlook
• OneDrive & SharePoint
• Microsoft 365 Apps
• Solid understanding of:
• Microsoft 365 licensing models and feature entitlements
• Cloud collaboration concepts
• Dependencies between technical setup, migration activities, and user experience

Certifications

• Microsoft 365 certification is mandatory, such as:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS‑900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator (MS‑700)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Workplace / Enterprise Administrator (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large‑scale Microsoft 365 rollouts, migrations, or adoption programs
• Exposure to change management frameworks or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting Copilot adoption or advanced M365 features is an advantage
