Machine Operator

Job Description

Designation: Machine Operator (CNC Turret Punch / Press Brake)

Department: Production

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Role Responsibilities

•Set up and operate CNC machines (Turret Punch and Press Brake) to manufacture precision metal components according to specifications.

•Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet engineering tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

•Carry out all operational activities related to CNC punching and bending machines.

•Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials and components.

•Maintain, improve, and sustain good housekeeping practices in the work area.

•Assist in training activities as required.

•Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Role Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch or CNC Press Brake machines within the metal fabrication industry.

•Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering tolerances and specifications.

•Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.

•Proficient in machine setup, including multiple setups for different product lines and material types.

•Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and regulations.

•Physically fit to perform all required duties.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
