What Will You Do
- Assist in machine setup and conversion of work orders to ensure smooth production flow.
- Operate CNC Auto & Manual lathe machines, including handling part loading and unloading, while meeting daily production targets.
- Perform machine adjustments when required to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality compliance in line with SPC (Statistical Process Control) standards.
- Conduct daily and monthly preventive maintenance on assigned machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Support other production areas when necessary to achieve overall operational efficiency
- Do 5S on Working area.
- SPM, High School Diploma, SKM certificates in a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in operating Rolling and Grinding machines will be an added advantage.
- Able to do inspection using measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, profile projector, contracer, gauge etc)
- Able to operate manual cutting and fabrication tools such as bench saw, sanding machine, and other related equipment.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when required.
- Basic mathematics and computer skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and new assignments given by superiors.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and explore new skills.
- Independent, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and basic knowledge of GD&T
