Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform setup for FA projects (non-standard design).
Edit program/adjust process sequence.
Create Jig Clamp/Fixture.
Create rework program and handle part rework process.
Perform basic troubleshooting activities (review NC program/data etc.)
Verify in process critical dimensions and fine tuning.
Perform daily and regular cleaning and maintenance task on CNC machinery.
Job Requirements:
SPM, STPM, Certificate/ Diploma in Precision Machining Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Computer literate in MS Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Able to handle CNC Drilling/Milling, Lathe, Cutting, Grinding, Measurement Tools.
Understand machine math, basic drawing and Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T).
