Key Responsibilities (Main Contractor)
- Lead and manage full project delivery for high-rise/tall building construction from planning to completion.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams.
- Oversee project schedule, cost, procurement, QA/QC, testing & commissioning and site safety.
- Review high-rise structural drawings, M&E coordination, faade works and complex construction sequences.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes and building standards.
- Drive risk management, problem-solving and timely resolution of site challenges common in tower construction.
- Prepare progress reports and ensure all works meet quality and technical specifications.
- Lead, mentor and support the project and site teams for the main contractor.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
- Relevant experience depending on role (515+ years minimum).
- Proven experience managing high-rise buildings, towers or complex vertical projects.
- Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur area.
- Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E coordination for tall buildings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, solution-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced project environments.
